Please allow it to be mutual.Failure to supply timely responses/approval to sent wips may result in a refund and cancel of service.It is your responsibility, as the consumer, to make sure everything is correct within any WIPs supplied. Full refunds are eligible after a two month incompletion period, regardless of the stage the art is at. This is to ensure fairness for both customer and creator. Duckiesbear is not a free ATM, and art can take time. Art is a luxury. However, we also want to ensure safety and fairness for customers. This rule makes it fair for both parties involved, as said.Please note that commissions will generally be completed within a week or less. This is for extreme cases.⋆Right to Refuse Service
